MSME-TESTING CENTRE, NEW DELHI [Formerly Regional Testing Centre (NR)] is one among the four Regional Testing Centre established by the Government of India in the early Nineteen Seventies, initially to cater to the testing/calibration needs of the Small Scale Industries for improving the quality of their product.
Currently this centre caters to the Testing and Calibration needs of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Northern Region in the fields of Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical and Metallurgical.
Each of the four laboratories viz; Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical and Metallurgical, are fully equipped with high accuracy precision equipments and instruments as per the requirements of National/International standards.
MSME Testing Centre (NR) is recognized by Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) as a third party laboratory. Also the test/calibration services in selected areas are accredited with National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) as per requirement of ISO/IEC17025:2005.
